How to Get Inspired to Write
Like children, we carry hope in our eyes and expectancy in our smiles.
And soon, the chase for inspiration begins.
But there are times when inspiration feels like butterflies.
Gracefully, it dances around our heads, forming crowns of color.
We expect such beauty to remain, close enough to peruse its intricate design, close enough to hold in the palm of our hands.
But as quick as seconds fly by, wings flutter and inspiration disappear behind roses and bees.
Yet, inspiration is never too far. It must be sought and found.
Once more, our chase begins. And we chase. And we chase. And we chase.
Until, inspiration is caught between flesh and bones, only seen through slivers of light.
And what joy we have in watching nature’s beauty widen and narrow.
Goodness and Love,
